Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done under it. Keep your password safe and enable strong authentication where offered.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant BankerBro a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content on the platform so we can operate the service. You must have the right to post it.

Do not upload material that belongs to your employer or a customer. Internal circulars, product notes, SOPs, KYC files, customer data, screenshots of internal systems and anything marked confidential must stay inside your organisation. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details and examples.

The Verified Banker badge only means we verified that a person can receive email at the professional address they provided, or that they submitted a document consistent with employment at that bank. It is not an endorsement by the bank and does not certify any professional qualification.

Buyers and sellers transact with each other. BankerBro is an intermediary and, when a listing supports escrow, we hold payments with our payment partner until delivery is confirmed. See Refund Policy and How Escrow Works.

BankAI is an AI assistant. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for regulatory, tax or legal decisions without verifying against the original circular or your bank's approved policy.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BankerBro's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
