Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund on BankerBro. Different products have different rules — please read the section that applies to your purchase.

Subscriptions (Pro, Branch)
Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of the first payment and have not used a paid-only feature more than trivially. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future billing.
Courses & mock tests
Refundable within 3 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 15% of the course. Digital certificates cannot be refunded once issued.
Marketplace purchases
Physical goods: refund available if the item is not delivered, or arrives materially different from the listing. Raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery.
How escrow works
When a listing supports escrow, your payment is held by our payment partner until you confirm delivery. If you raise a dispute, funds stay in escrow until it is resolved. See How Escrow Works.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bankerbro.com from your registered address with your order or invoice ID and a short reason. We respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
