The company had posted a net profit of Rs 4.54 crore in the year-ago period. Its revenue from operations rose 51.9 per cent to Rs 87.41 crore during the quarter from Rs 57.56 crore a year earlier

As per the release, BPCL’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 29.78 per cent year-on-year to ₹1,57,818 crore in Q2 FY27 from ₹1,21,605 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26. However, consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) declined 13.37 per cent to ₹9,647 crore from ₹11,136 crore, while net profit fell 21.45 per cent to ₹4,863 crore from ₹6,191 crore
